If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Disabled access
Billinge surgery has disabled car parking spaces near the front entrance. The building is accessible by wheelchair access. All patient services are conducted on the ground floor. A disabled toilet is available on the ground floor adjacent to the waiting room. Should you need assistance please ask at reception when a member of staff will be pleased to help.
Animals are not permitted onto either premises other than those accompanying our patients who are blind, or who have dogs to assist them with hearing impairment. A T loop is installed in reception at both surgeries for patients who are hard of hearing.
We can arrange interpretation and translation services by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
