The practice will be installing new systems in the upcoming weeks.
During this period services will be reduced for blood requests and referrals, and there will be a limited number of urgent appointments only.
We will no longer have the option to send prescriptions the chemist by EPS. They will all be done on paper scripts and patients will need to collect them from the surgery.
Responses will take longer than usual, electronic prescriptions should not be requested via the dashboard and we will have limited access to records during the migration of the systems.
Please bear with us during what will be a very busy time. We aim to be back to normal services as soon as possible.
