Our Reception staff are there to help you with queries about prescriptions, appointments, results etc. Please note they can only pass on messages from the doctor / nurse whether a result is normal or not. They cannot interpret the result or give you further advice. They cannot give medical advice but can signpost you to the relevant person or team.
Please remember that if you are kept waiting, or the receptionist seems to be asking you one or two questions, they are trained to follow a policy which is aimed at making the most efficient use of doctors’ time. To help the receptionist judge the urgency of your request, and many others, please try to give them all necessary details.
