The Hope Centre

The Hope Centre provides a basic needs and personal care service for local homeless and those at risk of homelessness and offers advice, advocacy and support to support those in need.

The Bridges Learning Centre

The Service supports homeless people by improving their access to primary health care, housing and welfare support. Assistance is given in improving the physical, emotional and social functioning of homeless individuals including substance misuse and mental health treatment.
